Returning for its fifth year, Day 1 Dallas has moved to Frisco! This tons-of-fun family fair is designed for children and families to celebrate New Year’s Day together. It features a spectacular firework show set to children’s music, interactive children’s activities, crafts and games, live bands and performances all while benefiting Vogel Alcove, a nonprofit educational and therapeutic center for homeless children and their families in Dallas.

Vogel Alcove helps children recover from the trauma and stress of homelessness by providing specialized early childhood and school-age programs, and family support services. Since 1987, Vogel Alcove has served more than 16,000 homeless children and families, all at no cost to them.
